Details

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...A portion of south central Arizona, including the following areas, Phoenix Metro, rural areas of Maricopa County, and Northwest Pinal County.
* WHEN...From Saturday evening through late Sunday night.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Low-water crossings may be flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A second, followup weather system will bring even better atmospheric moisture over the region Saturday night through Sunday and lead to a prolonged period of light to moderate rainfall across the Watch area, with embedded convection producing pockets of heavier rain. Additional rainfall amounts on the order of 1-2" will fall over several hours or longer on top of already moist soil, leading to additional runoff. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
