* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Deep subtropical moisture will be moving northward across portions of northern and central Nevada through tomorrow. This anonymously moist atmosphere will allow for the development of showers and thunderstorms.
