* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:15 PM CDT Monday the stage was 8.1 feet. - Bankfull stage is 16.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this evening to a crest of 23.3 feet just after midnight tonight.
