* WHERE...Portions of central and northwest Wyoming, including the following areas, in central Wyoming, Owl Creek and Bridger Mountains and Southwest Bighorn Basin. In northwest Wyoming, Absaroka Mountains, Cody Foothills and North Bighorn Basin.

* WHEN...Until 10 PM MDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
