* Flash Flood Warning for... Northwestern Dona Ana County in south central New Mexico...
* Until 615 PM MDT.
* At 512 PM MDT, video from storm chasers still showed arroyos along highway 185 were dangerously inundated, although water appears to have crested. It will take some time for water to recede.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

Instructions
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
