* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHEN...From this afternoon to Tuesday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 18.8 feet, Flood water begins to cross Ohio Highway 49 north of Willshire, Ohio.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 4:15 PM EDT Friday the stage was 17.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 4:15 PM EDT Friday was 17.0 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise to 17.2 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage late tonight to 15.7 feet tomorrow evening. It will rise above flood stage early Sunday morning to 18.8 feet Sunday evening.
