* WHERE...Atka and Adak.
* WHEN...Until 4 PM AKDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...High winds may move loose debris, damage property, and cause power outages. Travel will be difficult.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strong winds out of the west-southwest. Wind gusts may diminish this evening into tonight. A second round of strong northwesterly wind gusts is expected late tonight through Friday afternoon before finally diminishing.
