* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 5 to 11 inches expected.
* WHERE...Upper Chena River Valley, White Mountains and High Terrain South of the Yukon River, and Yukon Flats.
* WHEN...Until 4 PM AKDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Gusty winds could lead to areas of blowing snow which could reduce visibility below one half mile at times.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snowfall rates will diminish through Wednesday.
