* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 824 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Minor flooding impacts continue, but no additional heavy rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Letcher, Blackey, Carcassonne, David, Indian Bottom, Carbon Glow, Elko, Gander, Jeremiah and Red Star.
