* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:00 PM CDT Friday the stage was 27.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 29.0 feet tomorrow evening. It will then fall below flood stage early Wednesday morning. - Flood stage is 25.0 feet.
