* WHAT...Seas 10 to 15 ft at 9 to 10 seconds and south to west winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 40 kt expected. Winds are expected to be out of the south between 11 PM PDT Thursday and 8 AM PDT Friday, before becoming westerly between 8 AM PDT and 2 PM PDT Friday.
* WHERE...In the Main Channel of the Columbia River Bar.
* WHEN...From 11 PM this evening to 2 PM PDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Ebb current of 4.89 kt at 419 AM Friday with seas of 13 to 15 ft.
