* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:45 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 12.9 feet and rising. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this afternoon to a crest of 19.8 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage Tuesday morning. - Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
