* IMPACTS...Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Roads and streets may be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1002 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain slow moving thunderstorms continuously developing over the same areas. Localized flooding is expected to begin shortly. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
