HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Wilmington, Cape Fear Community College North Campus, Murrayville, Kings Grant, Wilmington International Airport, Wrightsboro and Hightsville.
This includes the following highways... Interstate 40 near mile marker 416. Interstate 140 near mile marker 20.
