At 147 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated a cluster of strong thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots and small hail. This cluster of thunderstorms is generally located near Timbalier Bay, moving south at 15 knots.
Mariners can expect widespread gusty winds to around 30 knots, higher waves, small hail and dangerous lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor immediately until this activity passes.
