* IMPACTS...At 13.9 feet, Water affects Westech Engineering located at 600 Arrasmith Trl.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:00 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 11.2 feet, and rising. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this afternoon to a crest of 13.4 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 12.5 feet.
