HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and torrential rainfall.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include... Red Springs, Pembroke, Buie, Robeson Community College, Wakulla, Prospect, Barker Ten Mile, Shannon, Elrod, and Rennert.
This includes Interstate 95 in North Carolina near mile marker 23.
