* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 330 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Dayton, Springfield, Kettering, Beavercreek, Huber Heights, Fairborn, Xenia, Trotwood, Miamisburg, Vandalia, Englewood, London, Eaton, Bellbrook, Moraine, New Carlisle, Carlisle, Oakwood and Yellow Springs.
