IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... South side of Cedar Rapids, Iowa City, Marengo, West Branch, Coralville, North Liberty, Mount Vernon, Lisbon, Fairfax, Solon, Tiffin, Ely, Atkins, Walford, Swisher, Newhall, Oxford, Blairstown, Van Horne and Keystone.
This includes the following highways... Interstate 80 in Iowa between mile markers 239 and 253. Interstate 380 between mile markers 1 and 20.
