* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. This approaches the flood of record.

* WHERE...Wabash River near Linn Grove.

* WHEN...From late tonight to early Monday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Secondary roads are blocked. Roads near the east side of Geneva begin to flood. Some evacuations may be required and property needs to be transferred to higher ground.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 3:45 PM EDT Wednesday the stage was 9.6 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage just after midnight tonight to a crest of 13.6 feet Friday evening.
