* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:00 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 12.5 feet and rising. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late tonight to a crest of 18.1 feet tomorrow morning. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
