* WHERE...North Central Colfax County in northeastern New Mexico...
* WHEN...Until 630 PM MDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 323 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause arroyo and small stream flooding. Between 0.5 and 1.75 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area.
