* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...The island of Kauai in Kauai County...
* WHEN...Until 130 PM HST.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding on roads, poor drainage areas, and in streams.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1033 AM HST, local law enforcement reported moderate rain over North Kauai. Minor flooding is expected. Rain was falling at a rate of 0.5 to 1.5 inches per hour. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Kapaa, Princeville, Kilauea, Hanalei, North Fork Wailua Trails, Wainiha, Alakai Swamp Trails, Haena, Wailua Homesteads, Na Pali State Park, Moloaa and Kokee State Park.
