* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 918 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported ongoing flooding across the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rain is not expected tonight, though streams and creeks will continue to run high and result in a few road closures overnight. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
