* IMPACTS...Minor flooding on roads, poor drainage areas, and in streams.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 102 AM HST, Radar and rain gauges indicated continuous moderate showers falling at rates of 0.5 to 1.0 inch per hour over windward Big Island, and water levels in area streams are slowly rising. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Hilo, Hawaiian Paradise Park, Kapaau, Honokaa, Papaikou, Honomu, Pepeekeo, Mountain View, Hakalau, Glenwood, Ninole and Volcano.
