* WHERE...Garrett, Allegany, Mineral, Grant, Pendleton, Hardy, Hampshire and Highland Counties.
* WHEN...From 10 AM EDT this morning through late tonight.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Low-water crossings may be flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of heavy showers and thunderstorms are forecast to move across the area beginning this morning, and continuing through this evening. Many areas could see 1 to 2 inches of rain.
