* WHAT...For the Hazardous Seas Warning, very steep and hazardous seas 10 to 12 ft at 9 seconds and northwest winds 20 to 25 kt. For the Small Craft Advisory, seas 8 to 12 ft at 10 seconds and northwest winds 10 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt expected.
* WHERE...Waters from Cape Shoalwater WA to Cape Falcon OR from 10 to 60 NM.
* WHEN...Hazardous Seas Warning, until 5 AM PDT early this morning. Small Craft Advisory, from 5 AM early this morning to 2 PM PDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Very steep and hazardous seas could capsize or cause damage to vessels.
