* WHEN...From late Friday night to Sunday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 17.0 feet, considerable flooding of lowlands.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1:00 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 3.8 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise to 14.2 feet early Friday morning. It will then fall to 13.8 feet Friday morning. It will rise above flood stage early Saturday morning to 18.0 feet Saturday evening.
