* WHAT...For the Lake Wind Advisory, west winds 15 to 20 mph with gusts to 30 to 35 mph. For the Wind Advisory, southwest winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 45 mph. Wind prone areas along US-395 between Janesville and Doyle may gust up to 65 mph.

* WHERE...For the Lake Wind Advisory, Honey Lake and Frenchman Lake. For the Wind Advisory, Lassen-Eastern Plumas-Eastern Sierra Counties.

* WHEN...For the Lake Wind Advisory, from 2 PM to 8 PM PDT Friday. For the Wind Advisory, from 11 AM Saturday to 2 AM PDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Strong winds and rough waves on area lakes will create hazardous conditions for small craft. Blowing dust may reduce visibilities.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strongest winds of the week are expected on Saturday evening, especially for wind prone areas along US-395 between Janesville and Doyle.
