* WHAT...For the Lake Wind Advisory, west winds 15 to 20 mph with gusts to 30 to 35 mph. Wave heights of 1 to 3 feet for Pyramid Lake. For the Wind Advisory, southwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph.

* WHERE...For the Lake Wind Advisory, Pyramid Lake and the Lahontan Reservoir. For the Wind Advisory, Western Nevada Basin and Range including Pyramid Lake.

* WHEN...For the Lake Wind Advisory, from 2 PM to 8 PM PDT Friday. For the Wind Advisory, from 11 AM Saturday to 2 AM PDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Strong winds and rough waves on area lakes will create hazardous conditions for small craft. Blowing dust may reduce visibilities.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds will increase Saturday through the morning and afternoon hours, with the strongest winds expected Saturday evening.
