* WHERE...Central Cook and Northern Cook Counties.

* WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, until 8 PM CDT this evening. For the Extreme Heat Warning, from noon Monday to 10 PM CDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Heat related illnesses increase significantly during extreme heat and high humidity events.
