* Special Marine Warning for... S of Cape Lookout NC to Surf City NC out to 20 NM... S of Ocracoke Inlet NC to Cape Lookout NC out to 20 NM...
* Until noon EDT.
* At 1034 AM EDT, a cluster of severe thunderstorms capable of producing waterspouts extends from near Ar345, or 13 nm southeast of Bogue Inlet to 10 miles southwest of Cape Lookout, moving east at 10 knots.
HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves.
