* WHAT...Southwest winds 30 kt with frequent gusts to 40 kt and seas 14 to 16 feet.
* WHERE...Tinian and Saipan Coastal Waters.
* WHEN...Until 4 PM ChST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...As Typhoon Choi-wan (26W) moves north- northeast and away from the islands, a strong monsoon surge will continue across the area. Strong to near-gale force winds with frequent gale-force gusts will continue over Tinian and Saipan coastal waters through this afternoon, gradually diminishing through tonight.
