* WHERE...Flagler Beach to Volusia-Brevard County Line 0-20 nm and Volusia-Brevard County Line to Sebastian Inlet 0-20 nm.
* WHEN...For the Gale Warning, until 2 AM EDT Tuesday. For the Small Craft Advisory, from 2 AM Tuesday to 2 AM EDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
