At 308 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a line of showers associated with a land breeze over the central basin of Lake Erie, capable of producing isolated waterspouts. These showers were located along a line extending from near Put-In-Bay to 10 nm west of Willowick to near Geneva-On-The-Lake. The showers were nearly stationary.
