At 427 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7 miles southeast of Silas, or 17 miles north of Chatom, moving southeast at 5 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of south central Choctaw and north central Washington Counties.
