* WHERE...Portions of north central and northwest Ohio, including the following counties, in north central Ohio, Crawford, Erie and Huron. In northwest Ohio, Ottawa, Sandusky, Seneca and Wyandot.
* WHEN...Until 5 PM EDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and isolated thunderstorms will continue through this afternoon with locally heavy rainfall rates likely.
