* WHAT...Tropical Storm Warning.

* WHERE...Tinian Coastal Waters and Saipan Coastal Waters.

* WHEN...Through at least midnight tonight.

* IMPACTS...Tropical storm force winds of 30 to 35 kt with gusts up to 50 kt. Very strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tropical Storm Higos (08W), currently centered just west-southwest of Tinian and Saipan near 14.8N 145.1E, continues to move west-northwest across the coastal waters. Conditions are expected to be incredibly dangerous for small craft and most large vessels. Remain in safe harbor. Venturing out can result in significant threat to life and/or property.
