* WHAT...Minor coastal flooding expected with water levels reaching around 1.5 feet above mean higher high water.
* WHERE...In Louisiana, West Cameron, East Cameron, Southern Calcasieu, Lower Vermilion, Lower Iberia and Lower St. Mary Parishes. In Texas, Lower Jefferson and Southern Orange Counties.
* WHEN...Until 7 AM CDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of lots, parks, and roads with only isolated road closures expected.
