* WHEN...From this evening to Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding will occur. Secondary roads and low water crossings will become flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 3:00 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 11.3 feet. - Bankfull stage is 11.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 18.5 feet late this evening. It will then fall below flood stage by Midnight. - Flood stage is 18.0 feet. - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 18.5 feet on 10/05/1969. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
