* WHERE...Coastal waters from Pt. St. George to Cape Mendocino CA out 10 nm.

* WHEN...For the Hazardous Seas Warning, from 8 PM Monday to 11 AM PDT Wednesday. For the Small Craft Advisory, until 8 PM PDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Very steep and hazardous seas could capsize or cause damage to vessels.
