At 159 AM CDT, local law enforcement reported flash flooding in Seminary, with area homes and businesses taking on water, water rescues occurring and vehicles becoming stranded and left in flood waters. Between 6 and 10 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 3 to 5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.
