* IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, Water covers parts of Fredericksburg-Depauw Road near river. At 22.0 feet, Backroads in town flood. Water approaches US 150. At 23.0 feet, US 150 is closed. At 24.0 feet, Water surrounds some homes along backroads.
