* Until 500 PM CDT.

* At 352 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from Torfin to near Malcolm to Lower Red Lake, moving northeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Automated weather stations. A 62 mph wind gust was reported at Gatzke at 345 PM.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect considerable tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings.

* Locations impacted include... Baudette, Wheelers Point, northern Lower Red Lake, Ponemah, Upper Red Lake, Williams, and Waskish.
