* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, seas 5 to 6 ft at 11 seconds and north winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt. For the Dense Fog Advisory, dense fog will reduce visibility to 1 NM or less.
* WHERE...Outer Coastal Waters from Cape Shoalwater to Florence 10 to 60 NM offshore.
* WHEN...Small Craft Advisory, until 5 AM PDT Wednesday. Dense Fog Advisory, until noon PDT today.
* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. Low visibility will make navigation difficult.
