* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft, especially when operating near to, or attempting to cross, the Columbia River Bar. Low visibility will make navigation difficult.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Ebb current of 3.65 kt at 218 PM Tuesday. Seas 4 to 5 ft. Ebb current of 4.85 kt at 233 AM Wednesday. Seas 5 ft.
