* IMPACTS...At 11.0 feet, Water overflows both banks. Cattle in flood plain are threatened and should have easy access to higher ground.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:45 PM CDT Friday the stage was 12.0 feet. - Bankfull stage is 11.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 12.3 feet this evening. - Action stage is 11.0 feet. - Flood stage is 18.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
