* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1001 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated that the heaviest rainfall had moved out of the area with steady light rainfall continuing. No new flooding is expected, but standing water may be slow to recede. - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
