* WHAT...Tropical Storm Warning.

* WHERE...Western Coastal Waters of Tinian and Saipan.

* WHEN...Through early tomorrow morning.

* IMPACTS...Tropical storm force winds of 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 50 kt. Very strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tropical Storm Higos (08W), currently centered west-southwest of Tinian and Saipan near 14.5N 143.5E, continues to move west just outside the coastal waters. Conditions are expected to be dangerous for small craft and most large vessels. Remain in safe harbor. Venturing out can result in significant threat to life and/or property.
