* WHERE...A portion of north central Illinois, including the following counties, De Kalb, Lee and Ogle.

* WHEN...Until 5 PM CDT this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional waves of rainfall are possible through the afternoon with rainfall rates in excess of one inch per hour possible.
